¹ADD-ON One Domain: After signup open a ticket at http://support.ehostpros.com & mention how much space and transfer you want it allocated from your primary hosting account for your add-on domain. Addon domain in this order gets separate control panel, email boxes, sub-domains etc. Also note this add-on domain does not include domain registration cost for un-registered domains.
²Domain Name Change and Server Change (Move): customers are urged to backup their data/files/databases/website before ordering, as they may loose their files during name change process. We do not guarantee files to be saved for this add-on. Domain name change applies to web hosting domain changes only and does not alter or change misspelled new domains registrations.
³SSL Orders require static IP to be installed: If your current plan has static IP already paid then you do not need to order static IP for your SSL.  If your current hosting plan doesn't have static IP address included please add it to your plan as addon. You will see this option during SSL addon order process .
4 Online Website Builder: After you order website builder, you need to tell us your current CPanel password, to do that please open a ticket at http://support.ehostpros.com tell us your order, full name and your current Cpanel password on your ticket.

5. Customers are urged to backup their data/files/databases/website before ordering linux to windows move. We will setup account on windows server and send logins. Client should upload files to windows server and we were not responsible for data loss. Clients existing package will be changed to nearest windows packages pricing from next renewal date, untill then client will get same existing features on windows server without any additional charges other than ONE TIME SETUP FEE.
